1) Log into the server control panel using the credential given in administrator email

2) Select "Add Mail Account" icon in the control panel

3) Key in "yourname" before @ and select domain  "yourcompany.com", generate or key in  a password, click "add", and the new email account was created

4) After these steps, you may start using your email at URL address http://webmail.yourcompany.com
