1. Go to File > Add account

2. For Outlook 2016, Click "Advanced options" check the checkbox.

2.1 For Outlook 2013, Click "Manual setup or additional server types" and click next.
3. Click "POP or IMAP" , then click next.
4. Enter your email account, password, etc... following the instructions in the image.

5. Click on "More Settings" and select "Outgoing server" tab, do the following settings and go to "Advanced" tab.
6. Select "Advanced" tabs, do the following settings and click "OK".
7. Click Next.
8. It should show the following outcomes and your email can be used.
