1. Open the IAM page in the Google Cloud console and choose the Project

2. Next, click "Grant Access" button to add new user

3. Add the principals by enter the email which is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

4. Then select a role as "Owner" and click button "Save" button

5. After user added, you can check the user list. And the user will show pending invitation to accept

6. User may check their invitation email, and need click the link to accept

7. Once click the link, there is popup and user need to click "Accept Invitation" button
