1. Go to 'Components' -> Select 'Hikashop' 

2. In tab 'System -> Select 'Shipping Methods'

3. Create 'New' shipping method

4. Next, choose 'Hikashop manual shipping plugin'

5. Insert the shipping fee 'Name' -> Published = 'Yes' -> Insert the price for shipping fee

6. Tick 'Restrictions' -> Click icon pencil to edit the zone

7. Next, choose 'Shipping Zones' for zones

8. Choose the zones to apply the shipping fee.

9. Insert the restrictions for shipping fee -> Zone -> Quantity -> Weight

10. Next, click 'Save & Close'
