1. Go to "Component" -> Select "Hikashop"

2. In system -> select "Payment methods"

3.Select "Paypal" title to edit

4. Insert the price RM 2 and 4.4%

5. Click to "Save", the system will auto charge on customer when the customer select payment via paypal
