1) To reset the password, go to domain/webmail, and login with your email and the reset password that we provided to you in the email. Click on you email account.

2) Select Password and Security

3)Then you can change your password on this page. Please make sure your password is more than 10 characters and consist of at least one uppercase, lowercase, and number. After you have inserted the new password and confirm password, click save.
